Spread over 3 floors, the sales center for Zhengzhou Greenland Group was built to facilitate the sale of office and commercial properties. Located in the new CBD zone next to the main highe speed rail station , the sales center building is a major focus for local vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The sales center is split into three main parts. On the 1st floor is where the lounge, sales center and information center for the development. The 2nd floor is an interior mock-up of the final interior design of the commercial building and a multi-media presentation space. The third floor is a VIP lounge / club for local business leaders. It is intended to be a place that showcases the commercial potential of the development and for socializing and networking to foster further collaboration between members.
